Patch Notes: Alpha 0.01

Hopefully the first of many! This first patch is a hotfix, addressing some issues when inviting PMDiscord with already-existing server roles.

• PMDiscord now works without needing permission to send Files and Embeds. Allowing the permissions is still recommended, since the embeds and images make it look pretty.
• The ‘]moves’ command will no longer show your Moves list in the wrong channels while in a Battle; it will be sent as a DM instead.
• The ‘]info’ command no longer sends a DM, unless it doesn’t have permission to send messages in a server.
